When You Live Your Whole Life On Facebook

No doubt this is the era of social media madness,  but i am of the opinion that somethings are better off social media. Some people practically leave their life on social media,  but what is my business.  An example is what you are u seeing above.
She could have simply said shes sick without showing the drugs. What do you think?
