So I met this guy in the UK 3 and half years ago, we became really close although we weren't official we both had an understanding that we'll be together once we're both stable. I went back to the States but we kept in contact. Months ago he moved to the States and the communication got even better. I see him once in a while because we don't live in the same State but whenever we're together the world stops, the
connection and love is undeniable. I love him and I don't want to be with anyone else but him, he's literally my best friend. 3 months ago he told me his ex want them to get back together and she's talking about marriage, she was not in the picture when him and I met 🤔 According to him they dated back in Uni but went on break during NYSC. Their relationship was on break for 3 years but now she want to rekindle after he found someone else, she claim she waited for him for 3 years 🤔 I feel like she tried other people but things didn't work out and she feels like he's the next best thing. she also feel entitle to be with him because they're still friends and after all it was just a break not a breakup. He's feeling guilty and he feels like it's his fault for not verbally communicating that they are no longer together and she's using the fact that he's a good guy to lure him back to her (Guilty tripping). He said he loves me but he owe her because she swear to God she didn't date or even talk to anyone for 3 years. Just because she couldn't find someone doesn't mean he shouldn't date!! She's an ex not a GF! I love him but the drama is too much should I fight for it or let the ex have him.
